I am going to try this bread but will use less sugar
3 1/4 c. apf, 3/4 t. salt, 2 t gr. Cinnamon, 1/4 t. allspice, 3 t. baking powder, 1/2 t. baking soda, 1/2 t. nutmeg, 15 oz. can pumpkin 1c. dark brown sugar, 1c. white sugar, 4 L. eggs, 12 T. melted butter, 1/2 c. buttermilk.

I just tried this recipe and made the best pumpkin bread ever. It turned out perfectly! Delicious! It's a good thing that it makes two large enough sized loaves. It won't last long in my household.
