This masala chicken has sweet and spicy tones and is such a delicious meal!

Ingredients:
For the chicken:
3 tbsp oil
1 onion, sliced
2 tbsp garlic, chopped
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp paprika/chilli powder
2 tomatoes, chopped
Salt to taste
3 tbsp tomato sauce
2 chicken breasts, cubed
Mixed vegetables (green beans, carrots, broccoli, etc)
Dhania, for garnishing

For the rice:
2 tsp oil
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup Daawat Biryani Rice, washed
2 cups water
Salt to taste

Method:
To get the meal ready in under 25 minutes, start with the rice. Heat oil and add the green bell peppers and stir. Add the rice and salt and stir again. Add water, cover and cook over a low flame for 12-15 minutes.
While that is cooking, heat oil in another pot and add the onions and garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add the ground spices and stir and then add the tomatoes, salt and tomato sauce and let it cook for 5 minutes. Add the chicken and vegetables and cook for 10 minutes. You can adjust for seasoning at this point and then garnish with dhania and serve with the pepper rice.
