Ingredients
400g cod (4 cod fillets)
Batter
2 cup plain flour
1 cup Soda water
1 tablespoon Onion powder
1 tablespoon Red chilli flakes
1/2 tablespoon Black pepper
1/2 tablespoon mixed powder (curry powder)
Half tablespoon Kashmiri chilli powder
1 tablespoon Paprika
2 teaspoon Dry coriander leaves
1 tablespoon Garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon salt or to taste

I'll tell you a better fish and chips recipe. This is basically an Indian Fish & chips called "batter fry" where the fish is cooked like the same but the ingredients are totally different. The ingredients are green chilli paste, ginger garlic onion paste, coriander leaves paste, salt, pepper & lime juice. And let me tell you this is a bomb you better try this.
