CARAMEL BREAD PUDDING
Ingredients
Eggs 3
Bread 6 slices medium
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Milk ½ liter
Sugar 2 tbsp + ½ cup
Butter ½ tbsp
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients in blender except 2 tbsp sugar and blend well. In a sauce pan, melt 2 tbsp sugar till it is caramelized, put it in a baking pan till sugar sets, add in the blended mixture on top of the melted caramel, put to bake on water bath for 45 mins on 180 D, remove, cool, over turn and serve chilled.

RESTAURANT STYLE GINGER CHICKEN
Ingredients
Chicken ½ kg boneless cut into strips
Ginger 2 tbsp chopped
Onion 1 cup chopped
Tomatoes 2 blended
Oil ½ cup
Ginger julienne 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Chili powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Crushed ginger 1 tbsp
Roasted and crushed cumin 1 ½ tsp
Dhania powder 1 ½ tsp
Dried fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
Allspice ½ tsp
Milk ½ cup
Yogurt 4 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
METHOD
Heat oil ½ cup in a wok, add in chopped ginger 2 tbsp, fry for 1 min, then add chicken, fry well, when chicken whitish, remove. In the same wok with oil, add chopped onion, fry till transparent, add ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp, turmeric ½ tsp, 1 ½ tsp chili powder, 1 tsp salt, roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp, fry masala well, add in 2 blended tomatoes and fry well, add 4 tbsp yogurt, continue frying well, lastly add ¼ cup milk and fry well, add the fried chicken back to the wok. Lastly add dried fenugreek leaves, crushed black pepper, ginger julienne, remove, serve garnished with ginger julienne, chopped coriander leaves and chopped green chilies.
