The Masala pork ribs fry recipe am sharing is simple and delicious . It comes together easily with a just a few ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
1Tbs Vegetable oil
3lbs ( 1.36Kg ) Pork spare ribs, cut in half
Salt and pepper
1 Red onion, thinly sliced
1Tbs Garlic ( 4 Cloves garlic)
1 Tbs Ginger, minced
1 Tsp Cumin powder
1 Tsp Garam masala powder
1/2 Tsp Chili powder
1 Tsp Mixed herbs { Thyme ,oregano}
1Tsp Tomato paste
1/2 c Tomato puree { 3 Ripe tomatoes}
1/2 Beef stock or water
2 Bay leaves
Cilantro and scallions to garnish

Pork has its own fats that are enough,I would not prefer adding cooking oil but anyways thanks for the recipe 😋😋
