Well hello lovely lady from Cork Ireland 🇮🇪 . I am brand new to your channel and i love your terrific teaching/ explanations. Its so easy to follow ! thank you sooo much for your recipe! I make a 3 ingredient flatbread, self raising flour, pure greek yoghurt ( NOT greek style, there is a difference) and Italian herbs and seasonings. It mixes in about 5 mins. I fry it in a dry pan and its wonderful for pinsas, pizza or flatbread. I use it with soups, stews and curries. It is a family favorite 😍 ❤️

Love seeing the Made In griddle. I found a vintage cast iron griddle over the holidays at a great price. Seasoned it and it works great. I’ll try the flatbread on it tomorrow. Great recipe! I’m thinking about trying some pesto on some.
Thanks for the tip on using a large dowel. My small rolling pin like that got taken while I was using it at work. Someone must have really needed it. I make a lot of tortillas so its nice to have a good flat bread dough, God Bless

You are a really good teacher. I’ve been cooking for most of my 60+ years and I’m absurdly afraid of flatbread. I really need to master this. Thanks for the road map, especially the roll, roll, pinch, pinch, cage fingers. If you didn’t have a mom who made these or a good friend, how would you know? My mom taught me how to make amazing biscuits, amazing wheat bread, amazing pies, even tortillas! Flatbread would have been utterly foreign to her. But I love Greek/Mediterranean food and store bought ones have got so many additives.
