I make a 3 ingredient flatbread, self raising flour, pure greek yoghurt ( NOT greek style, there is a difference) and Italian herbs and seasonings. It mixes in about 5 mins. I fry it in a dry pan and its wonderful for pinsas, pizza or flatbread. I use it with soups, stews and curries. It is a family favorite 😍 ❤️

  5. You are a really good teacher. I’ve been cooking for most of my 60+ years and I’m absurdly afraid of flatbread. I really need to master this. Thanks for the road map, especially the roll, roll, pinch, pinch, cage fingers. If you didn’t have a mom who made these or a good friend, how would you know? My mom taught me how to make amazing biscuits, amazing wheat bread, amazing pies, even tortillas! Flatbread would have been utterly foreign to her. But I love Greek/Mediterranean food and store bought ones have got so many additives.
