  1. I quit smoking 18 months ago and now, some thing's just taste awful like cows milk. It doesn't matter if it's whole, fat free or 2%. I even tried the most expensive fresh milk on the market.

I am considering the option of trying dry milk and just mixing some as I want it. I wonder if the Test Kitchen would do a taste test for the best powdered milk?

  2. I don't think I have ever actually sat down to listen to an interview of people just talk about food…so…props to the interviewer, some of the techniques he used are techniques I learned for counseling, and you could see Matthew get comfortable.

  3. I couldn't get past "Greenlight". This was not my idea of American Kitchen…don't become another Food Channel! I don't want anyone from Hollywood / "Movie Star" or freaky Lincoln SUV advertisement star telling me his philosophy especially on this channel! A HUGE thumbs down for me.

  4. This is exactly what I love about Matthew McConaughey he's so damn grounded so Earthly like he's a real super human being that you just can't help but love killer question dude how do you incorporate all good foods and introduce them to your child great question

  5. OH MAH SWEEY LORD, no you didn't, you have been to the PEE CAN what? It tweren't in Texas brother, cause a pee can in Texas is what ya put under your bed at night cause ya can't make it to the bathroom by yourself. We may have "puh kahns" which comes from the old Native American word pakani which was nut that takes two rocks to crush. Please, don't put no pee cans in my food.

  6. Well gonna give a big ol' Howdy to my fellow Texan, Mr. Matthew McConaughey, nice to see that there is only so much that can be changed about a Texan, glad to see they didn't change ya buddy! Second HELL YES BBQ!! Third, ya know I hear it and say it, but there is only 2 Rs in What A Burger but Lord if we Texans don't put a 3rd un, and call it Water Burger, but if you have ever had one, then ya know they are always so juicy, that sometimes it even runs down your arm, yes sir and it's good. Love my State and love my fellow Texans…. Yeehaw!

  7. I put chopped dill pickle, dill relish, and pepperocini, in my tuna salad, with a dash of celery salt and dill weed, along with a dollop of miracle whip, not saucy, but not dry either, mixed in a mini chopper to thoroughly mix, but not pureed.
