  1. Hi guys! I'm happy to be back with a new meal prep video and I think you're really gonna love this. It makes grab-and-go breakfast super easy and it's great for the summer months! Don't forget to download the PDF and join our new private Facebook community (linked in the description). What's your favorite flavor on the chia pudding? xo – Lisa

  2. ❤ this freezing idea for days when I barely have time and zip out the door minus breakfast. Now I just take a jar out as soon as I wake up. I put it in my bag and I’m out the door! When I get to work, it has already fully thawed and I’m a happy healthy camper. Thanksssss

  3. I have some Chia Seeds that have been in my pantry in the plastic container they came in for a very long time. The top is a screw on plastic top and I used some of the seeds when I first got them. I can't find an expiration date on the container and I can't decide if they are safe to eat. I know some seeds can get afla toxins (?) after a time and I didn't want to consume these trying to be healthy and make myself sicker – also don't want to waste them if they are fine. They've been in my pantry for probably over a year. The pantry backs up to my garage which gets hot in summer and you can feel the heat in my pantry sometimes but it's not extreme, just warm in summer up against the back wall and top of the pantry. These have been near the front of the pantry. Thanks for any advice you can give.

  4. I found a simple way to make chia pudding. I use 2 cups almond milk. 2 mashed banana. The mashed banana creates a further pudding thickener. Then I ad my natural stevia . I made a basic almond vanilla one. A chocolate one. To make the chocolate one .I used almond chocolate milk. I also did a peanut butter one.

  5. Hi there 🙂 I am confused about the seeds not being ground before. I always grind them before use because I learned years ago that only then the nutrients are really opened up to you. most of the seeds will just be egested as there are otherwise.
but i see so many people arent doing that step and since you are someone who knows their stuff – maybe i was wrong. what do you think about this?

  6. I tried it today, but I used cups or little mugs,I covered it with aluminum foil. I don’t have those beautiful mugs you have, not sure if I waited longer than I should,it’s in the freezer already so I guess I will find out I got so excited making it. I hope my mugs works, thank you, btw I used frozen blueberry and my newly harvested pineapple and cut it to chunks, lovely.thank you .
