2 tsp (20g) – Honey
1 1/2 Tbsp (12g) – Arrowroot
2 tsp (10ml) – Sesame Oil
1 1/2 Tbsp (30ml) – Shaoxing Wine
Seasoning To Taste
Chicken & Noodles –
500g (1.1lbs) – Egg Noodles (Chow Mein Noodles), Dried or Fresh
1/2 Cup (125ml) – Noodle Water (Optional)
2 Tbsp (40ml) – Peanut Oil
600g (1.3lbs) – Chicken Thigh, Diced
4 – Garlic Cloves, Finely Chopped
150g (7oz) – Chinese Wombok Cabbage, Shredded
1 Bunch – Bok Choy, Roughly Chopped
2 – Carrots, Julienned
2 – Spring Onions (Scallions), Roots & Stems Separated & Sliced
150g (5.3oz) – Mung Bean Sprouts
