  1. Your seasonings have great taste, unfortunately, even the small amounts of sugar and salt in them we can't have because of diabetes and high blood pressure. I end up making my own, disappointing compared to yours, so I wonder if you could make a sugar/sweetener free seasoning using potassium chloride instead of sodium. I realize you may not sell much of it, but we would love it! If you do decide to make it, I'd order a case of it. We do chicken or pork on our Traeger pellet smoker almost every day using your recipes and videos.

  2. That's a great idea to make a video about the creative process behind your seasonings. Because of them I got into stores on my recent trips to the US I hadn't entered before (like ACE, …).
    What I still need at home is Blanco to season my beer 😂 … or anything else …

  3. I was literally just recently thinking about asking you to make a video to explain the best uses for each of your seasonings, especially for the newest one, Blanco! So I'm glad you've already started making these videos. Can't wait for part 2!

  4. Great video! Just what I needed, I am ordering 5 more, do you have any new ones coming in the future? I’ve bought other rubs from other companies and theirs always clumps up in no time. Yours on the other hand,have not done that to me. Thanks for that !

  5. I love this. My 4 year old daughter is hooked on meat/bbq/watching food videos on YouTube and you've become a staple in our house. She gets excited when I made brisket or ribs because she knows what we are seasoning it with. Good job fellow Matt, you've done well!

  8. Excellent video, thank you. Found Meat Church purely by chance a ways back, and it's product lines have become my "go to."

    I've tried other brands, and while they're ok, I still come.back to MT.

  9. I usually blend my own but bought a combo pack (the ocho?), prepping for a large 60 person cook. Nephew and I at a table the day before dry tasting, aimed at chicken and agreed. 3/4 "The Gospel", 1/4 "Holy Voodoo". Not enough experience yet with the beef (10 tri tips), so did what I already knew. After serving, tri tip was damn good, but the chicken was gone, and I mean not a scrap left. Maybe 16lbs of chicken, Hmm. Next big cook a few months from now. No menu yet, but thinking they'll want surf and turf. Gotta think this thru. Thanks Matt!
