That’s where I first learned about the dish chinchulín 🍽️

It’s part of traditional Latin American cuisine—alongside juicy steaks and grilled meats, they also prepare a part of the beef intestine. That’s what chinchulín is 🙂

A perfectly cooked chinchulín should be “al punto”—meaning golden-brown and crispy on the outside, yet juicy on the inside. Achieving this is a mark of a true asador (a grill master).
