  1. Now that I know mushrooms are so healthy I’ll probably be adding them to everything I cook that I can what is complementary and I think few mushrooms be good in this does anybody think so I think so

  2. I aced it. Didn't have mustard and used a ginger garlic paste instead of the diced garlic. Used more honey than the recipe and powdered black pepper instead of paprika. Marinated only 10 minutes. Used some butter and drizzle of oil to preheat the baking tray. Baked everything for 45 minutes. My chicken turned a light golden brown, cooked perfectly. Potatoes had a slightly stiff outer skin but were baked to a cinch. Onion slightly caramelized. The aroma and the taste was amazing. We ran short. Next time going to prep everything better and going to open a bottle of wine for sure. Thank You for an easy no frills recipe. I definitely put my wife to shame! 😂

  3. Did this, followed exact recipe, but chicken wasn't cooked. Potato still hard. I instead the temperature settings 3 times from 170 to 190 to 210 to 220, still my potatoes aren't cooked, my chicken doesn't look like fry just like on the video. It also took me more than an hour just to make sure chicken is cook and potatoes are soft enough to eat. I also didn't get the chicken looks fry even I put oil on it.
