Absolutely delicious
Isn't it alot of grease in there from the chicken?
Why not put the recipe, instructions and ingredients in the info box? It's far easier than having to leave you tube and scrolling thru however many pages to go look for it
Tried it…not for me
Bad recipe. Too many others that work.
my mother cooks chicken better than this….. no food is comparable to Indian food
Just made it! Super easy to make for a great pay off! Family loves it 🙂 this is going to be a repeat
Soupy vegetables, not enough crisp on the chicken, vegetables took an additional 10-15 minutes.
I aced it. Didn't have mustard and used a ginger garlic paste instead of the diced garlic. Used more honey than the recipe and powdered black pepper instead of paprika. Marinated only 10 minutes. Used some butter and drizzle of oil to preheat the baking tray. Baked everything for 45 minutes. My chicken turned a light golden brown, cooked perfectly. Potatoes had a slightly stiff outer skin but were baked to a cinch. Onion slightly caramelized. The aroma and the taste was amazing. We ran short. Next time going to prep everything better and going to open a bottle of wine for sure. Thank You for an easy no frills recipe. I definitely put my wife to shame! 😂
Yes.
I followed the recipe but dunno why everything is so watery. Chicken didn’t come out looking baked. They’re cooked but looked more white. Also they tasted too sour and lemony
Meri taraf se aap ko subscribe ka gift🎁🎁🎉🎉🎉🎉
What did he pour with that jug?? Is it chicken stock?? Coz he just said chicken. I’m confuse😬😬
Made this recipe for dinner last night. My husband loved it. Guess the mustard, lemon and honey made all the difference.
Oven temp?
Look's yummy
Yum! Thanks for this recipe!
love your videos….simple, no talk just go for it
Did this, followed exact recipe, but chicken wasn't cooked. Potato still hard. I instead the temperature settings 3 times from 170 to 190 to 210 to 220, still my potatoes aren't cooked, my chicken doesn't look like fry just like on the video. It also took me more than an hour just to make sure chicken is cook and potatoes are soft enough to eat. I also didn't get the chicken looks fry even I put oil on it.
Ingredients
MARINADE / SAUCE
▢1kg / 2lb bone in, skin on chicken thighs and drumsticks (Note 1)
▢1/2 cup (125 ml) lemon juice
▢6 cloves garlic , minced
▢2 tsp Dijon mustard (Optional – Note 2)
▢2 tbsp honey or 1 tbsp sugar (or maple or other sweetener)
▢1 tbsp dried oregano
▢1.5 tsp paprika
▢1 tbsp olive oil
▢1/2 tsp EACH salt and pepper
I made this twice, it’s incredible. I suggest frying up the chicken before to give the skin a nice color. Just 4 minutes each side. You’ll taste the difference.
So you're a chef 🇬🇧 I'm British and I love your cooking, thanks 👑
