Here’s a Mediterranean Kofta recipe that’s packed with flavor and easy to make!

Ingredients:

For the Kofta:

250g ground lamb or beef (or a mix)
1 small onion, grated (Juices squeezed out)
1 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp coriander powder
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Kofta Mixture:

In a bowl, mix ground meat with grated onion, garlic, parsley, and all the spices.

Cover and let it rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavors.

2. Shape the Kofta:

Take small portions and shape them into logs or patties. If using skewers, shape them around the skewer.

3. Cook the Kofta:

Pan-Fry: Heat a little oil in a pan and cook for 4-5 minutes per side.

5. Serve:

Serve koftas with pita bread, hummus, tzatziki, or a fresh salad.
