  1. Why don't you post the measurements in grams? All the conversions from teaspoons, tablespoons, cups and oz feels a bit condescending towards American viewers, it's fine for those that use the old style but scales are ubiquitous nowadays.

  2. Hmmm…. I make flatbreads often, and it seems to me, that so much yeast in so little flour will make this taste a bit yeasty. Has anyone made this, and can tell us whether they noticed anything like that? In my experience, anything over 4 cups of flour to one tablespoon of yeast, tastes quite yeasty, unfortunately.
