I have Za’atar (Origanum syriacum), a green herb, growing in my garden. Is it okay to use this as a topping for the bread instead of the dry mixture, or combine it with dry herbs?
Why don't you post the measurements in grams? All the conversions from teaspoons, tablespoons, cups and oz feels a bit condescending towards American viewers, it's fine for those that use the old style but scales are ubiquitous nowadays.
was skipping the word syrian in the bakery's name intentional? just wondering.
Boom boom boom 😂
Hmmm…. I make flatbreads often, and it seems to me, that so much yeast in so little flour will make this taste a bit yeasty. Has anyone made this, and can tell us whether they noticed anything like that? In my experience, anything over 4 cups of flour to one tablespoon of yeast, tastes quite yeasty, unfortunately.
On the eggplants, look for males. They have less seeds and are.not.bitter.
This beta sub makes me wanna transition ❤! I’ve never felt so pro Joe after anything. I don’t even need to sit to relieve anymore! The dems trafficking has me busy with opportunity, working!
This is a powerful beta male! 🤘
Who is the hostess? Usually Julia, or Bridget announce the intro.
I love Toni being humble and inquisitive as if she doesn’t have a James Beard winning cookbook 😅 Yes, you should have Jubilee.
It's Lebanese/ Syrian/ Palestinian food. Please be accurate when talking about our culture.
It is REALLY not that hard saying Za'atar. (Zaa- tur) If that is how Mario says it, in that case I don't know what to say. shaking head in disappointment

Eggplants have male and female. The male Eggplants have a dimple on the bottom and they will have less seeds. The females have a smooth bottom and more seeds.
