My Melt-in-Your-Mouth Minute Steak Recipe is packed with flavor, tender vegetables, and a rich, savory sauce that will have everyone asking for seconds. Perfect for Shabbat, holidays, or any special gathering, this hearty meal is both easy to prepare and full of wow factor.

🥩 Ingredients:

~12 minute steaks
1 onion, diced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 tomato, cut into circles
Butternut squash
Sweet potato
Baby potatoes

Minute Steak Sauce:

¼ cup oil
4 crushed garlic cloves
1 ½ cups tomato sauce
1 ½ cups water
¼ cup teriyaki marinade
Season to taste: salt, pepper, steak seasoning, cumin, coriander, paprika

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

Mix all the vegetables with half of the sauce.
Dip each steak into the sauce and layer over the vegetables.
Pour the remaining sauce over the top.
Cover and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 3 hours, basting with juices every so often.
