Recipe Highlights:
Ingredients

Fish 750 gm
Oil ½ cup
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Chili powder 2 tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Coriander powder 1 ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Brown onion ground 3 tbsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Coconut milk powder 3 tbsp mixed with half cup water

Ingredients for tempering:

Curry leaves 12-15
Mustard seeds ½ tsp
Fenugreek seeds ¼ tsp

METHOD

Heat oil, add tempering ingredients with ginger garlic and all dry seasonings with water, fry well, add in yogurt mixed with brown onion, coconut milk powder mixed with water, add fish pieces, cover and cook on low flame for 15 mins till thick gravy left and oil floats on top, serve with boiled rice.
