Thank you for watching my mesquite smoked turkey video. On this video, I smoked up a boneless turkey breast on my Bison offset smoker using a very tasty mesquite wood. Smoked turkey breast are so much easier to smoke than whole turkeys and its much cleaner too.
Thanks for watching

Looked so good, juicy and tender
Hi Joe – You used to provide a discount code for the gloves you use. Is there one still active? I need to re-order 😂
Veri nice Joe!
Happy Thanksgiving 🦃🔥🍻
Nicely done! Now that TG is over the breasts will be available to purchase alone along with the thighs! Love thighs on the weber grill!
Hey Joe! Thanks for the tips and the video! I’m going to try wrapping like you did. We typically roll all the way through to 158 then pan it and cover with butter. I do have a question though. I have a Ben E Keith account and I never can figure out which turkey breast to get. So we always get it from another supplier. Wonder if you have any advice on which one this is?
So much better than messing with a whole bird. Looks phenomenal!👍😊
I gotta have pickled jalapeños with my sandwiches! Great video Joe!
there's nothing like a turkey sandwich out of left over turkey on thanksgiving. i make mine with bread then dukes. add some bacon and provolone cheese too it.
should of removed the siler typ skin off of the breast. thats nasty stuff. them are call. a 2195 breasts injected with 10% turkey broth and other added chemicals. i know i make them lol them look good joe nice job.
Minus the huge amount of bread for a sammich, it looks awesome! Light bread, loads of meat, etc, or just skip the sammich and make some mashed taters n gravy. Can’t go wrong there.
Bro, I'd have gone Dagwood! Lettuce, tomatoe, cheese, pickles, pickled jalapeño slices, and fresh Avocado with salt and pepper!
Everything looks delicious!
Love this. Great job Joe!!!
Joe, Joe, Joe…no to the foil wrap. Or maybe suggest you wrap one and not the other. I’ve never wrapped them and like you pull them off at 158°F and they’re perfectly juicy. However, I do use an injection comprised of butter, garlic, and onion powder and 2 tablespoons of liquid smoke.
Looks awesome, Joe. Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!
Looks fantastic, Joe! Happy Thanksgiving, everyone.
Thanks Joe! I'll be able crush my breast cook tmrw with these tips 🦃💯🇺🇸
You probably cooked the most appetizing turkey breast I've seen. Sorry, I'll copy your technique!!! 😅
Man. That looked amazing.
Thanks Joe!
Looks great man! We did whole spatchcock turkey's this year for Thanksgiving. Hope you have a great holiday!
Looks awesome 👍
Yes, watering mouth. Nice touch using the mesquite wood for that special kiss of flavour. Have a happy Thanksgiving with your family.
Joe, another great video….will be making this tomorrow on the Lone Star.
You should give Blue Plate Mayo a try………….it's made with egg yolks only, my favorite by far.
Ok Joe, if you live in El Paso (right?!) why do you own a boat? 😂
Turkey looks delicious bro! That rodeo rub is my go to for lots of things. That tipsy Tom is the only way I do my turkey! Very nicely done bro!
Happy Thanksgiving Mr Joe! Smoking (2) breast from my local H-E-B. Just watching videos while I’m cooking to get inspiration and you surely do that for me sir. Thanks and much love from S.E. Tejas!!!!
Nice job Joe! looks great. I’m doing 4 of them tomorrow. Looking forward to it. Using oak on mine though. Happy Thanksgiving!
Where's the lettuce. They were out of turkey breasts they were bone in. It's funny how they use mesquite on turkey, our deli has it I thought it was fantastic but I was nervous about smoking whole turkey on grill with it. Have you ever tried dry brining I want to try that this year. Lastly what temp would you use. I iused 325 last year. I've seen 225 275. I think Im going to do 275. Aaron Franklin put out video doing same method, he did whole turkey. Cook to 135, then smother with butter, he used 2 lbs of butter then wrapped took off at 158. I think he mentioned you could put it back on for crisper skin. Great Video Joe, Happy Thanksgiving
Nice Video. Thanks. Hope that you have a Great Thanksgiving.

Curious. Weights of each breast and smoking temperature, please and thank you.
@SmokinJoesPitBBQ you got me drooling Joe.
I just released last night a Crispy turkey wing video. I hope you can swing by.
Happy Turkey Day Joe! 🦃🍗👍
I think this is the 5th, maybe 6th, Turkey video I've watched in the last 2 to 3 weeks. And with each passing video, the desire to get a smoker (looking at a pellet smoker, since I'm a beginner) is getting stronger. I love your content, Joe, you're amazing.
I love smoking Turkey breast and it's one of the only things I like mesquite with. I do 3 or 4 and slice thin with my slicer for lunch meat
Joe coming with that drip! I absolutely love smoked turkey breasts, my favorite bite in bbq. Nice cook sir!
Need a couple of spoonfuls of cranberry sauce.. now that's a sammich!
Nice job Joe
Excellent job Joe! That's the real deal brother! Excellent job on the turkey. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!🍁🦃🍁🍻
Looks like tasty gobbler…that kit is legit…Happy Thanksgiving! 👀 🦃 🔥
