  1. This can be made healthier by ditching the dairy. I really wish people would stop promoting dairy as a health food. Dairy contains Insulin like Growth Factor 1 (IGF-1) which is linked to the development of many cancers. Anything that is a significant enough risk factor for cancer can't be considered healthy. There is no good reason to consume dairy. People can consume dairy if they want. But it should be treated as junk food.

  2. Almonds sold in the US are NOT raw. The FDA mandates that almonds be pasteurized. So truly raw almonds are not available in the US. You might be able to get them raw if you got them direct from the farm. But any sold in stores are not raw.

  3. Instead of the yogurt I used nonfat cottage cheese, the blender pureed it so much you have no idea its in there – Im worried about how much sugar is in here? its from fruit i understand, but two fruits + yogurt in one meal is a sugar overload, and there's not enough protein to balance it out. but if it works for them, great! 🙂 

  4. My BF tried the exercising, did the dieting, but none of these worked for him. What worked, however is this weird thing called Nabudyle Black Vitality (I hope I spelled this correctly) and is very happy with it. He dropped like 10 pounds or so, in a little over a week. Look it up in Google, I am sure you will find it and you will be as amazed by it as we were
