I’m using Kalasham Besan because purity matters no mixes, no shortcuts, just 100% pure.

3 Onions (roughly chopped)
3 Greem chili choppings
1.5 tbsp Ginger chopping
2 sprigs Curry leaves
2.5 tbsp Ghee
2 cups Kalasham Besan
Salt
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Turmeric
Water
Oil for deep frying
