Ingredients
Birria seafood boil seasoning
10 Guajillo chiles
4 bay leaves
3 Tbsp chicken tomato bouillon (adjust to taste)
1 Tbsp Mexican oregano
1 Tbsp black pepper
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp ginger powder
1 Tbsp smoked paprika
1/2 Tsp ground clove
Optional spice Chile de Arbol
Birria seafood boil sauce
1/2 cup of Birria seafood boil seasoning
32oz of chicken stock or broth
2 stick salted butter
1 chopped onion
6- 8 garlic cloves
1 to 2 shredded carrots
1 small can of tomato sauce
2 Tbsp white vinegar
2 Tbsp lemon pepper
1 tbsp grainy mustard
Juice one lemon
A big bunch of chopped cilantro
Seafood boil
8 to 10 cups of water
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 medium onions
1 head of garlic
2 bay leaves
2 Tbsp tomato chicken bouillon (adjust to taste)
2 celery sticks
1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
The desired amount of eggs
Lost of lemon
3 pounds of shrimp
3-5 lobster tails
4 king crab legs
3 to 6 Dungeness crab legs and knuckles
8 sausages
7 to 10 carrots
4 to 6 corn on the cob
10 red potatoes
2 Tbsp Old Bay seasoning
TIPS‼️
Adjust spice (Chile de Arbol ) and bouillon to taste
-Extreme spice use 8 chiles de Arbol
-Spicy use 2 to 4 chiles de arbor
-I said boiled egg in the video; Use uncooked egg when making a bag
-If potatoes are too big slice in half for a faster cook time
