  1. Im just wondering about the sauce, was that from ble ding the peppers. Looks great, someone said add the fried fish skin on top with some garnish and a little olive oil drizzle. But it looks like ❤️‍🔥🫦 regardless

  2. Tap that sauce a few times to get them bubbles out and/or pull out the mini flame blower and pop pop pop!. Nice dish if i may would have added the crispy skin on a vertical angle to create not only height but also a crunch texture
