  1. Funny how she said it was currently in the Summer season so they were doing a Liguria style menu. OK with the red mullet but Radicchio Rosso? haha, come one. That's from Veneto region my dear. With her pronunciation and seemingly no Italians in the kitchen I think she is taking the piss out of English customers, not really true cuisine is it.

  2. Usually I really like the quality of these videos, but in this one the camera was so all over the place i almost felt nauseous. Even before she said it it reminded me completely of most videos featuring Gordon Ramsay.. is there a connection ?
