Bigger isn’t always better. Keep it small brother. Less overhead less headaches. I knew a guy who had a tiny little hot dog lunch truck on a busy corner in Jersey for 50 years. Best dogs around. He was the happiest guy. As soon as he sold out he was home with family watching football. 🏈

Miss this dude food. His Manchaca location was a hit. I would go every week on different days and even when he moved. I miss his bbq. I wish he reopens
We had the pleasure of experiencing Miguel’s amazing food several times at his Tex-Mex bbq joint off of Manchaca in Austin. It was always worth the drive from Houston. We’re looking forward to eating some of Miguel’s delicious food again!!
