2 Keema / Qeema Recipes you can quickly make in Sehri.
1. KATY MASALY KA QEEMA
ingredients:-
500 gm mince beef
2tsp chopped garlic
1/2 cup ghee
2-3 medium onion
1/2 cup yogurt
3 mediun tomatoes
fresh green chilli
4 round chilli
1tbsp cumin (zeera)
8-10 cloves
15-20 black peppers
1 piece of cinnamon
1black cardamom
salt as per taste
1 tsp ground garam masala
fresh coriander and ginger for garnish
2. YOGURT MINT QEEMA
ingredients:-
1/4 cup oil
800 gm mince beef
salt as per taste
1 tsp chilli flakes
t tsp paprika powder (optional)
yogurt, onion, fresh mint leaves, lemon for garnish
