Minced Meat Macaroni Pasta Recipe:

_ STEPS & INGREDIENTS _

(Step# 1 – Oil Heating Preparation)
* turn on flame
* take a karahi
* cooking oil = 1/2 cup
* let the oil heat on medium flame

(Step# 2 – Frying Preparation)
* onions / pyaz (chopped) = 02 medium
* add completely
* fry well until light brown
* make sure flame should be on medium
* keep stirring well
after done…
* color has changed
* minced meat / keema (beef) = 200 grams
* add completely
* fry well for a minute on medium flame
* ginger garlic paste / pisa adrak lehsan = 01 tbsp
* stir & fry well for 2 minutes on medium flame
* keep stirring well
* water / pani = 3/4 tbsp
* keep stirring for a minute
* cook well for 2 minutes on medium flame

(Step# 3 – Covering & Cooking Preparation)
* cover & cook (low flame) = 5 minutes
* now shift it to the another stove…
* meanwhile, let’s move to the next step!

(Step# 4 – Pasta Boiling Preparation)
* turn on flame
* water / pani (for boiling) = 03 glass
* salt / namak = 1/2 tsp
* cooking oil = 01 tbsp
* macaroni pasta = 250 grams
* bring it to boil on medium flame
* after boiling strain & shift completely
* now shift it to the another stove…
* meanwhile, let’s move to the next step!

(Step# 5 – Mixing Preparation)
after 5 minutes…
* uncover it
* stir well
* tomato puree / tamatar ka paste = 01 medium bowl
* mix well
* cumin / zeera = 1/2 tsp
* red chilli flakes / kuti lal mirch = 01 tsp
* chaat masala = 1/2 tsp
* red chilli powder / pisi lal mirch = 01 tsp
* black pepper powder / pisi kali mirch = 01 tsp
* coriander powder / pisa dhaniya = 1/2 tsp
* mix well
* cook well for a minute on medium flame
* salt / namak = 01 tsp
* tomato ketchup = 02 tbsp
* red chilli sauce = 02 tbsp
* mix well
* cook well for 2 minutes on medium flame
* almost done, turn off flame
* capsicum / shimla mirch (sliced) = 01 big
* mix well
* cook well for 2 minutes on medium flame
* almost done

(Step# 6 – Covering & Cooking Preparation)
* cover & cook (low flame) = 2 minutes
after 2 minutes…
* uncover it
* stir well
* macaroni pasta (boiled & strained – kept aside) = 250 grams
* add completely
* mix until well combined
* keep stirring well
* keep cooking for a minute on medium flame
* cover & cook (low flame) = 1 minute
* after done, turn off flame

(Step# 7 – Dish Out Preparation)
after 1 minute…
* take a plate
* uncover it
* perfectly cooked
* minced meat macaroni pasta (fully cooked) = as required
* spread evenly around plate
* almost done

* coriander leaves / hara dhaiya = as required
* minced meat macaroni pasta has now ready to serve hot…
