Dirtbombs from tsitp
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
Splash of vanilla extract
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/2tsp pumpkin spice ( or cinnamon if u don’t have it)
1/2 cup milk
Sugar coating
4 tbsp melted butter
1/4 cup brown sugar( I was out of brown sugar so I used powdered sugar)
1 tsp pumpkin spice
Method
In a large bowl whisk together the egg sugar butter and vanilla extract
Add in the dry ingredients and milk
Mix well untill you get a smooth batter
Transfer in lined/greased muffin tins and bake at 375F/190C in a preheated oven for 18-22 mins or a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Let them cool for 5 mins and dip in melted butter and coat w the sugar mixture
Optional you can also dip them in cream cheese frosting
*makes around 6-8 muffins pls double the recipe if you plan on making more!*
