Lemon makes horrible taste, sugar gets so sticky and hard. I suggest you sprinkle some sugar over the banana and nuts over low heat, then add to the cake. that's what i did

Yo no como azucar ni harina de trigo. Reemplazare con azucar de coco para caramerizar ,endulzante de fruta de los monjes y harina de almendras, linaza o coco.
