preparation time 30minutes
prepare method
prawn 500gm peel and remove dirt and wash
*octopas 200gm carved alternative and diced salmon fish 100gm cubed
* chopped parsley 1tbsp
* snow peas 100 gm blenched
*diced coloured bel paper 50gm
*diced spring onion 20gm
*diced celary 20gm
* chopped garlic 15gm
*olive oil 20ml
*salt and paper to taste
*Fish stock 70ml
* Sauce for stirfried
* 1tsp veniger
* 2tsp soyasauce
* 1tsp ketchup
* 1tsp red tobasco sauce
*salt and paper totaste
* 1tsp paprika powder
.prepare.method for sauce
One bowel add all yhe ingredients mix well
*marinate seafood
One bowel add all seafoods ,olive oil 8 ml salt and paper to taste,and garlic powder tosse well.diced all the vegetables and keep aside .heat pan add oil and seafood saute few seconds add garlic10 gm,butter 8gm saute few second add all the veg stir few seconds add sauce and stock ,salt and paper stir few seconds and check seasoning and serve on serving plate .serve with rice,bread and roti thanks
