Mocha Graham Float

Ingredients:

740ml all purpose cream(chilled overnight)
300ml condensed milk(chilled overnight)
225g grahams chocolate(more if needed)
3 tsp instant coffee(more if needed)
10g gelatine clear and unflavored(optional)
1/8 cup hot water for gelatine

toppings (optional):

Chocolate chips
Chocolate syrup

Procedure:

1) In a bowl combine condensed milk and coffee. Mix until well blended. Place it inside the chiller
2) Whip for 5 minutes on high speed
3) Combine gelatine and hot water. Mix until gelatine dissolves
4) Gradually add the coffee-milk mixture
5) Whip for another 3-5 minutes on high speed
6) Add dissolved gelatine and whip for 10-15 seconds
7) Optional: Fold chocolate syrup into the cream mixture
8) Assemble: arrange grahams in a deep container
9) Add mocha cream on top
10)Spread mocha cream evenly
11)Optional:add chocolate syrup
12)Add the seconds layer of grahams
13)Add second layer of cream
14)Add toppings
15)Chill for 4 hours or overnight
