Mongolian Beef Noodles | The Golden Balance

Mongolian Beef Noodles 🥵

1 lb beef (flank or sirloin)
8 oz noodles (I used stir fry noodles)
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup corn starch
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda

2 green onions
4-5 cloves garlic
Optional: Ginger and dried chilis
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar

Thin out with noodle water accordingly!

  1. Never add oil in the marinate. Add the always just before cooking.
    See a lot of so called YT chefs make all the same mistake.

    And this recipe is so off. Mongolian beef sauce is much more umami and in balance. But then you have to use the right ingredients.
