Healthy and delicious Mongolian beef on rice is easy to make in the itaki. Slice up some beef with some hearty vegetables. Make the sauce to marinate the beef. The sauce is the soul to the dish as it also gives flavor to the vegetables. Use less corn starch if you like more sauce to go with the rice. This dish goes very well with rice. You can replace the beef with pork or chicken if you like. Make this simple and healthy dish for your work lunch and be the envy of all around you. Enjoy!
