  1. This ended up being a $40 recipe. Please understand that the restaurants buy these ingredients to make them a book unless you’re willing to pay $40 for one or two plates. Just go to a restaurant.

I've been making this one 22 years. 22 year ago in Japanese restaurant the chef each had to take turns make lunch for everyone and this one sometimes with tofu or peas and carrots.. whatever, but mostly the style is just meat, garlic ginger, onions and chilis, and scallion. cannot make without.

  4. There are two facts I have come to accept, one…I have trouble with feeling a little hangry when I watch your videos, even after a full meal, two…someone HAS to get me that cookbook! I NEED it in my life. I wonder if I can break the book-buying ban and get away with it? LOL
