This is my Mongolian pork recipe, handed down to me by the great Genghis Khan. Well maybe not, but it is still very tasty and as far as Mongolian dishes go, this is one very tasty pork recipe.

It’s an easy meal to make for the family or whip up and serve to friends at a BBQ.

Main Ingredients:
1kg (2.2lbs) of pork loin
½ cup of corn flour
Canola oil spray

Glaze Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of olive oil
5 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tablespoon of ginger (minced)
3 spring onions (white part only) thinly sliced
½ cup of low sodium soy sauce
⅓ cup of dark brown sugar
¼ cup of water
1 teaspoon of coarsely ground black pepper

Garnish Ingredients:
3 spring onions (green part only) sliced diagonally
3 teaspoons of roasted sesame seeds
