I love this series.
I just binged watched the entire series. Great job, very informative and so delicious.
I'm Indian and my problem with when people talk about "Indian" food, they forget the fact that India is a very diverse nation and that diversity is seen in the food.
We have North Indian, South Indian cuisine and the food from North East India is so different from the rest that surprises people.
I request that if you're tackling Indian food, it's more than just curry, coconut milk and vegetarian food.

The disappointment when a new "What's Eating Dan" video pops up and it's just a trailer. Can't wait. This series really made me a better cook, instead of just feeding me cooking instructions.
