For the taco seasoning ( you can make a big batch )
1 and 1/2 Tbs chili powder
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes ( you can use more)
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper (you can use more)
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1 and 1/2 Tbs tomato paste
1/3 cup chicken broth

I have been using all sorts of seasonings from the store, online made some from other videos. This is the only one my whole family has loved. I was always taught to cook the beef through prior to seasoning but doing it the way Claudia does it is WAY better. By far the best tacos ive ever had, even for my pickiest eaters. Subscribed!!

How do you get your beef to break down really well. My beef ends up lumpy if you know what I mean.

This is a good recipe. My only suggestion is to either use lean ground beef or brown your ground beef first and drain, otherwise your ground beef will be drowning in oil.
