Ingredients:
*For the Wings:*
β 14 wingettes
β 1 tbsp olive oil
β 1 tsp sazon tropical
β 2 tsp garlic powder
β 1 tsp paprika
β 1 tsp black pepper
β 1 tbsp lemon pepper
β 1/4 cup hot sauce
β 1 tbsp baking powder
*For the Sauce:*
β 4 tbsp butter
β 1/3 cup honey
β 1/2 cup hot sauce
β 1 tbsp minced garlic
β 1 tbsp lemon pepper
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Wings:
β In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, sazon tropical, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, lemon pepper, hot sauce, and baking powder until well combined.
β Add the wings to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
2. Fry the Wings:
β Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
β Once hot, carefully add the seasoned wings. Fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally for even cooking.
β Once done, transfer the wings to a cooling rack to let excess oil drain.
3. Make the Honey Lemon Pepper Sauce:
β In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
β Add the honey, hot sauce, minced garlic, and lemon pepper. Stir until well combined and heated through.
4. Combine:
β Toss the fried wings in the honey lemon pepper sauce until fully coated.
5. Serve:
β Serve the wings hot and enjoy!
