How do y’all clean those racks? Because I dread using them, just because cleaning them is such a nightmare.

I think the thermometer on my pellet grill is off or something, because I put mine on at 275 degrees and rotated the racks halfway through and my pork belly was pretty dense and not as soft as AB's. They were still really really good, but I was hoping for little more tender. I'm going to try reducing the heat on my grill to about 250 instead of the 275 and if it needs a little more time to finish at that temp then so be it.
I am 86 and I still love good food, I don't use the grill anymore, please let me know the oven setting. Thanks ❤❤
