Mozzarella Cheese Pasta Recipe I Home made Chicken Cheezy Pasta

MOZZARELLA CHEESE PASTE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
Pasta – 1-1/2 Packet (600gm )
Mushroom – 250gm
Chicken Breast – 1 Cup Chopped
Garlic Paste – 1 tbl sp
Black Pepper – ½ tbl sp
Italian Seasoning – 1 tbl sp
Arabiata Pasta Sauce – 5 tbl sp
Oregano – 1-1/2 tbl sp
Red Chilli flakes – 1-1/2tbl sp
Cooking Cream – 1 Cup
Onion – 1 (Chopped)
Butter – 1-1/2 tbl sp
Olive Oil – 2 tbl sp
Chicken Stock Cube – 1
Mozzarella Cheese – 1 Cup
Salt – 1-1/2 tbl sp
Pasta Water Reserved after cooking – 1 Cup

Preparation Methods

Step 1: Boil Water in a pot , add 1 -1/2 tbl sp of salt , 2 tbl sp of oil and 1 Chicken stock cube , let the chicken stock cube get melted in boiling water, then add 600 g or 1 & ½ Packet of Pasta in it , let it get soft , check till pasta is half cooked , don’t let it boil for too long or too soft, take out 1 cup of chicken stock pasta water and reserve it for adding it later

Step 2: Creamy Pasta Sauce Mixture

In the same pot add 2 tbl sp of OliveOil & 1-1/2 tbl sp of butter , let the butter melts then add 1 medium onion chopped , saute it till the colour of onion changes to transparent then add the chopped chicken cubes and cook it till the colour changes to white and its cooked , add 1 tbl sp of Garlic Paste and mix all well & let it cook on slow flame for 2 more mins , add 1 tbl sp of Oregano & ½ tsp of Black pepper , mix and cook for a while again , add now 250 gm of Sliced Mushrooms , add 5 tbl sp of Arabiata Pasta Sauce , since the quantity of pasta is more so we add more pasta sauce in it, cook and mix all then add 1 Cup of Cooking cream , cook for a while when bubbles show up add 1 tbl sp of Italian Seasoning , then add 1 tbl sp of Red Chilli flakes and 1 cup of Reserved pasta water , mix all then add ½ cup of Mozzarella cheese , mix and cook till the bubbles pop up then add the cooked pasta in it and mix it well with creamy mixture , check out the taste if it need extra spices in it , now it’s ready add some more mozzarella cheese around ¼ cup on top , ½ tbl sp of Oregano & ½ tsp of Red Chilli flakes , and now it’s ready to be served in plate .

Serve it hot.
