Just made this. Thank you. I had left over spaghetti to use and added some rosemary we had growing. I added onions and didn't have cream, so I substituted a little milk with some corn starch. I also didn't have any white wine, but didn't want to use red wine for such a dish. Would be good with chicken. Oh, and I had some leftover Colby-jack and Monterey to throw in at the end. It's not classical, but it's certainly tasty.
I just want to mention that the pasta is probably a good choice since the sauce is somewhat mild, and the hollowness allows more sauce to be held in the pasta.
