Today let’s make the yummiest Red Braised Pork Trotters! To be honest, when I was a kid, I wasn’t a fan of Red Braised Pork Trotters. Somehow, I was a little intimidated by the dish. But during college, I missed home cooking so much, and surprisingly I also missed Red Braised Pork Trotters. And recently I’ve been craving for Chinese ed Braised Pork Feet again.

Hi 👋
CiCi you don't age. It only gets more wonderful!!!!
It looks so good that texture mhmm
If you wanted to do the last stage in a one pot pressure cooker, what time and setting would you recommend? Thanks for the video!
WOW, unbelievable! I've been a pigs feet connoisseur since I was in the Marines and loved to eat them from my childhood as well growing up on a farm in Wyoming! Myself; grew up with pickled pig feet. I will have to try this and give a few twists. I'm thinking on taking your recipe and when there are about 3/4 the way done putting them in my smoker for about 2 hours to finish them off.. While in the house reducing the marinate boil you have and turn it into a dipping like Au jus… That or doing some kind of pickling to them. I don't know… I'll let you know when I get there…
From FB to YT, I will follow you. Love this!
I don’t have access to pig trotters. I hope I can use this recipe with other meat cuts in my supermarket, amazing color!
I've made this once before but this recipe looks so much better. I used to have this dish occasionally in the winters when I lived in Shanghai. Brings back memories!
I don't ever comment,,,but this dish looked extraordinarily delicious! Reminded me of my Grandma. She made a similar dish when my Grandpa and Uncles butchered pork in early winter. I have not eaten this since probably 1968. Thank you for the return of some great memories. I even get smell memories. ❤🥰👍and could hear the voices of family members long gone
