You have to check the west side of Puerto Rico. In Cabo Rojo on carr 307 a spot called Gusaby Cafe. Close to the best beach in Puerto Rico. Their food is top tier and the people are really nice. Check it out!

The best ice cream of all different flavors you probably wouldn't imagine are in HELADERÍA LARES in the historic city of Lares.
Is Benitez a clone of guarnaschelli? Or guarnaschelli a clone of benitez?
I went in 1990. They had a lot of pigs over the fire. The meat you get is the best. They had loads off the highway going to San Juan. As well as fish. Thank you for introducing me to a couple of new things
The people cooking are not even Puerto Rican. They are Dominican. I've seen lots of cooks, waiters etc Dominican in Puerto Rico . Some y'all think they are puerto Rican lol 🤣

So you went to 2 places to eat the same food? Come on man!!!
Hey Bryan, I'm glad you've been able to try some of the authentic local food. Something that's also part of our food culture and very much beloved is the puerto rican style Chinese food. It's something you won't find in many places in the world and it's delicious. I recommend Confianza China and Prosperidad China. You won't regret it.
So this was the fried. Do you have videos on the stews and roasts?
I went to the county fair here in the states and paid $10 for an elephant ear with no taste. There in Puerto Rico you pay couple of bucks for a very very tasty bacalaito. No problem.
Here's a suggestion. You should showcase Puerto Rican foods that are fresh and cooked without frying and experience the pastries and beverages Puerto Rico, has to offer.
Que viva Puerto Rico!! 🇵🇷
❤️😋🇵🇷 ❤️😋🇵🇷
Puerto Rican food is bomb, but I'm not a fan of Caribbean avocado. It's different than Haas, which is what I'm accustomed to. That said, no one makes rice like them Caribeños: Cubanos, Dominicanos y Boricuas.
