Take pressure cooker
Add mutton 750grams.
Onion 2 to 3 medium size roughly sliced.
Tomatoes 3 medium size.
Ginger garlic paste 1 and 1/2 tbsps.
Cloves 4 to 5.
Cinnamon 2 medium.
Cumin seeds 1 tsp.
Coriander powder 1 tsp.
Salt 3/4th Tbsp.
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp.
Red chilli powder 3/4th Tbsp.
Water 1 to 2 cups.
Cover and cokk after whistle for 20 minutes.
Add in wok cook on high flame .
Add oil 1/2 cup.
Cook for 5 to 7 minutes on high flame.
Add yogurt 1/2 cup cook till its water dry.
Add black pepper powder 1/2 tsp.
All spice/garam masala powder 1/2 tsp.
Green chillies and fresh Coriander.
Cook for 1 to 2 minutes and enjoy.
