½ cup oil
1 tbsp heaped crushed coriander seeds
2 black cardamom
10 green cardamom
1 mace
2 inch cinnamon stick
8-10 cloves
½ tsp black pepper
10 whole red chilli
800 g onion roughly sliced
1 kg mutton/ chicken / beef
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp chopped garlic and ginger
2 tsp salt
Add red chilli powder if you want
1 cup curd
2 tsp fennel powder
1 tsp garam masala
Coriander leaves
Jillian ginger
