  1. I love your recipes. You make them all sooo with clear and easy directions. I can't decide which one I want to make for dinner tonight. Maybe I could do the burritos and the baked ziti but save the ziti for tomorrow. Maybe it'll be like chili or well you know, the things that always seem to taste even better the second day? Lol 6 could get into the patties with gravy and mashed taters
    OMG I'm starving. Thank you so much for teaching us all what you know. I like that you don't stress if you don't have the exact ingredients. I don't have ricotta or cottage cheese but a good substitute is cream cheese and or sour cream so I'm good. 😊

  2. I used to make stuffed bell peppers like yours, but I started cutting them in half so each stuffed pepper is 2 pieces. It’s easier to stuff and it doesn’t matter if they stand up as a whole pepper. (I also blanch them in boiling water for 2-3 minutes before stuffing and baking to soften the pepper)

  3. They take the fat out – they have to add something to make up for the loss of flavor – usually sugar. Go full fat. Cut the added sugar. Love your meal prep videos and have started watching your other channel too.

  4. On the better eating subject, in Oct. I started cutting seed oils from my diet. It was just an experiment at 1st, until I realized they were the culprit of all my stomach miseries 😂 Plus they're in all processed junk that's bad for us. Now I only use butter, evoo, avocado oil & tallow. I also use all organic ingredients. My acid reflux vanished, bloat, horrible stomach issues gone. I eat pizza, pasta & sweets regularly (your oatmeal cp cookies 🤤). But I do it homemade w/out seed oils. I didn't start it to lose weight but I've been steadily shedding lbs. The digestive issues are why I'll never go back tho, it's been a game changer for me.

  5. I used to make "stuffed mushrooms" in a similar fashion (but I added some breadcrumbs with egg to hold the "stuffing" together – those really large mushrooms). The stuffed peppers look so yummy. Now I'm hungry…

  6. Best friend!!! I just want you to know how much your videos help people without you even realizing it!! I lost my brother in February, it was sudden and unexpected and life has been so hard while we (all of the family) find a new normal. (How do we find normal again?) Anyway, then we've had some other issues and seeing your videos on meal ideas (and everything else) I realize I'm gonna make it thru this. I've got a weeks worth of meal plans now thanks to you! (Yes only a week but its the little steps that get me by right now) I've never been good at meal planning but its been worse these last few months. So seeing your videos gives me hope! <3

    I just went grocery shopping at Sam's and picked up some ground beef,ground turkey, and chicken. I'm diffently going to meal prep the cheese steak's,burritos and I love to make stuffed peppers for my lunch(hubby and kids don't like them). Thanks for sharing these.

  8. Okay, before I lose my mind. Can someone from an empty nest or other persons here? Explain to me (why) If this first recipe is of ground beef, why is chicken stock being used and not beef????
    I see this over and over and it just baffles me to no end. So please can somebody set me straight? 😵‍💫

  11. So as I was watching the stuffed peppers part of the video I thought you were going to put the rice in the meat mixture, but I didn't see you do it. Did I miss something. I ha e never made them, but I thought rice was part of it.

  12. I love to make my stuffed peppers mexican style.. Taco seasoning in my meat mixture and top with sour cream, salsa and cheese. This looks so so good. But the hamburger steak and gravy is such a comforting meal for me… with lumpy mashed potatoes 😋. You’re starving me . 😄❤

  13. Stuffed bell pepper is one of my addiction. I use Uncle Tony's almost everyday. How's the ankle coming? Hope your not going to need surgery. 😂 the menopause comment about hot flashes, I wish. I get cold flashes, it hits my hands, feet, and nose then it works it's way to my core. My husband laughs at me cuz I end up in my winter clothes and heavy jacket under blankes.

  14. I had to look twice at the stuffed peppers because that is close to the way I been doin it for decades. 😂❤When my children were younger I just added everything to the pot but I also diced up the peppers they dislike it whole. And I cooked it in spaghetti sauce.
