  1. Got all you can eat oysters as a reward for selling a metric f***ton of fiber internet in a new market; my boss never offered the incentive again even after outperforming myself. Apparently it wasn't cheap.

  2. I find it extremely fascinating how people are really walking around eating these things and saying they like them. 😂 I brought some prepared them (they were quite large) then I forced my guy to eat one. He swallowed it and talked about how hard it was to go down. He even said it had something hard in the middle (I’m assuming a pearl) 🤢🤣 I took the rest and slammed it deep into the garbage 😭🤣🤣😂 those things are scary and to eat them raw is even scarier . Someone please explain, outside of this being an acquired taste, what is it that would force someone to spend their money on such a thing. And why don’t people chew them if it’s so good? How do you taste it if you’re not chewing?

However, I do enjoy seafood. lobster is my favorite, runner up is crab, then shrimp, lastly stuffed clams. I’ve only eaten these things cooked so I’m not sure if that has anything to do with me not liking raw strange texture like things lol

  3. I used to live within driving distance of the Maryland eastern shore. Blues, crabs, freshly caught fish, and other shellfish were plentiful.
Once, my roommates and I had a keg and oyster party, We had shucking knives, gloves, lemon, Tabasco – the works! I shucked an oyster, poured on some Tabasco, and dribbled a bit of lemon juice and UP pops this parasite-type thingy. Looking me right dead in the eye! It looked like a cross between a praying mantis, a dragonfly nymph, the alien, and Stewie from the Family Guy! Scared tf outta me!! No more raw oysters for me. Nuh uh…
