My Energy Smoothie Recipe for the Thermomix | Sophia's Kitchen



I just LOVE this energy smoothie. It definitely hits the spot in the morning when I need a boost! Try it yourself and let me know what you think lovelies! x

R E C I P E

200g bananas
30g oats
100g peanut butter
20g dark chocolate
700g almond milk
2 Medjool dates, pitted

Place the bananas, oats, peanut butter, dark chocolate and almond in the mixing bowl. Blitz 1.5 Min. / Speed 10. Serve straight away.
You can also freeze the bananas in slices before to make the smoothie colder.

  1. you are hilarious when you try and obviously love your creations. puts a smile on my face. During my nesting period I was repainting the patio at 7.5 months *gasp*! i must say making yummy jars of goodness is a much safer alternative. I'm sure my husband would agree too 😀 happy pregnancy and thanks for the smoothie recipe. I'll be trying that very soon.
