  1. Those look delicious,you could take that last one leftovers make vegetable soup add can diced tomatoes,bag frozen mixed vegetables tomato soup or sauce would be good make some cornbread or have crackers with it.i like diced potatoes in mine also and cut up okra it's goog

  2. Wow! These look so good! I can't wait too try all of them. I usually make a chuck roast using a package of onion soup mix and a can of cream of mushroom soup. When the roast is falling apart, I make a gravy with the juices in the pot (I mix water and flour together in a jar and add it to the juices for gravy.). I serve it over mashed potatoes with roast on the side. It makes terrific leftovers for hot beef sandwiches.

  3. good recipes! Let's all give her a hand in appreciation for how much $$ it cost her to make this video! Just one of those roasts was over $18! I noticed the per pound price and was so thankful that where I live I can still get beef at a really good price. So far. I'm sure it will change. I've been taking advantage of it for sure. At some point I decided to boot all the veggies in the freezer to make room for meat and butter. 🙂

  4. My mom would make small knife slits into the roast & stick in pieces of garlic inside of the roast. Kinda like julianne garlic pieces stuck into the roast, maybe 2-3 cloves depending on how big the roast is. Doing that will give the garlic flavor in throughout the inside meat.

  5. Another good roast recipe is for shredded beef tacos:
    1 chuck roast, 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, season with pepper, garlic powder and cumin ( go lightly bc it is potent) 2 beef bouillon cubes and about a cup of water. At the halfway point add chili powder. Serve on tortillas or make a burrito bowl, add cheese, sour cream or whatever toppings you typically like with tacos. So so good
