My Family's Favourite Pasta Recipe | I Cook This Every Week | Very Delicious Pasta



Ingredients
– 500g seashell pasta
– 3 spoonful of coconut oil or any oil of choice
– 1 large onion, diced
– Pepper, garlic scape, and spring onions (optional)
– Salt to taste
– Your favorite spices (Don’t show the spice bottle)
– 1 stock cube
– Mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn, etc.)
– 300g minced beef
– Black pepper and smoked paprika (optional)
– 2 cups diced tomatoes

Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Seashell Pasta
1. Boil Water: Start by boiling a large pot of water.
2. Add Pasta: Add 500g of seashell pasta to the boiling water.
3. Cook Pasta: Cook for 3 minutes, then drain and set aside. (Once I cover the pot, enter the next action)

Step 2: Prepare the Base
4. Heat Oil: In a large pan, add 3 spoonful of coconut oil or any oil of choice.
5. Add Onions: Add diced onions to the pan.
6. Add Optional Ingredients: Add pepper, garlic scape, and spring onions (optional).
7. Season: Add salt, your favorite spices, and a stock cube (Don’t show the spice bottle).
8. Sauté: Sauté the onions for 3 to 5 minutes until browned.

Step 3: Cook the Vegetables
9. Add Vegetables: Add the mixed vegetables to the pan.
10. Cook Vegetables: Cook for 5 minutes.
11. Remove Vegetables: Stir and take out the mixed vegetables.

Step 4: Cook the Minced Beef
12. Add Beef: Add the minced beef to the pan.
13. Season Beef: Add spices, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika (optional).
14. Cook Beef: Mix and cook for 10 minutes.

Step 5: Combine Ingredients
15. Add Tomatoes: Add the diced tomatoes to the pan and cook for 3 minutes.
16. Mix Vegetables: Add the cooked mixed vegetables back into the pan and stir.
17. Add Pasta: Add the parboiled seashell pasta to the mixture.
18. Final Cook: Mix everything together and cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6: Serve and Enjoy
19. Finish: Enjoy your delicious seashell pasta with a sprinkle of cheese or boiled eggs.
