My favorite grilled chicken recipe that I make and use throughout the week #shorts
During the week, I keep this marinated grilled chicken in my fridge to use on whatever I’m eating: salad, sandwich, pasta… Here’s the recipe:
– 1 lb chicken tenders (or breasts)
– 1/4 cup lemon juice
– 1/2 tsp whole fennel seeds
– 1 1/2 tsp dill
– 1 1/2 tsp oregano
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic

Omg i can about smell them. That looks so delicious 😋
I seriously would love to be your friend, I love your spirit. Plus your food looks delicious!
When you want to have marinated meat it’s always better to leave marinated over night because one hour or 90mins it’s really not enough for the meat to absorb the juices or spices flavor. I always prepare my meat that I want marinate in the morning for the night or the night before for the next day. I let marinated at least 12 hours. And it’s delicious and so tender.
Amazing advice for not spreading salmonella everywhere!!!
Looks delicious!
Try mixing the marinade in its own bowl separate from the chicken. Then combine both in a large zip lock bag. Squish them together to distribute the marinade all over the chicken. Place the bag in a bowl or tray and place in refrigerator. More effective than a covered bowl.
Yes, great idea
So versatile
Looks incredible 😍
We do the same thing when cooking on the grill or on the stove. We get clean utensils.
I do the same with switching out the utensils after initial use of placing raw meat on grill/cooking surface. Wish they mention that more on food network/ cooking channels.
Looks so good!
You are so amazing and awesome 🤗😘🤗 thank you for sharing so much of your knowledge and tips…and absolutely everything
