My favorite grilled chicken recipe that I make and use throughout the week #shorts

During the week, I keep this marinated grilled chicken in my fridge to use on whatever I’m eating: salad, sandwich, pasta… Here’s the recipe:

– 1 lb chicken tenders (or breasts)
– 1/4 cup lemon juice
– 1/2 tsp whole fennel seeds
– 1 1/2 tsp dill
– 1 1/2 tsp oregano
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic

  1. When you want to have marinated meat it’s always better to leave marinated over night because one hour or 90mins it’s really not enough for the meat to absorb the juices or spices flavor. I always prepare my meat that I want marinate in the morning for the night or the night before for the next day. I let marinated at least 12 hours. And it’s delicious and so tender.

Try mixing the marinade in its own bowl separate from the chicken. Then combine both in a large zip lock bag. Squish them together to distribute the marinade all over the chicken. Place the bag in a bowl or tray and place in refrigerator. More effective than a covered bowl.
