Love it!! Please more of smoothies and juices videos
Your smoothies DO have sugar in them – but they don't have any "added, or white table sugar" – but they are actually very high in natural sugars from bananas, dates, and coconut milk – about 9 tea spoons worth of sugar, per serving.

However you kept saying for your first smoothie that there was no sugar. It is actually loaded with sugar though it is natural sugar but diabetics will not be able to to have dates but I would use Stevia .
I know don't a and can't know everyone's health problems and that is ok but just thought you should know.

Btw it's not sugar free fruits have sugar
If you get the Vitamix at Costco there is usually a 6-7 year warranty. My family and I have had one for about 10 years. Highly recommended to get it

You know you can juice with the vitamix and you get more nutrients than with a juicer. Just throw it all in the blender.
The jalapeno is an interesting addition to a juice. I just recently started juicing and I had not seen that in any recipes yet! I will have to try that. lol I LOVE to use oranges and pineapple. Sometimes I will only juice those together.
Hi Rachel. My favorite smoothie is 1 banana, coconut pb, frozen strawberries or blackberries (which have become my favorite), and some plain Greek yogurt, mixed with water or decaf tea. I make a lot of sun tea at home and every now and then I use green tea *(1/2 green tea and 1/2 water; to cut the sugar).

I would never thought of putting bok choy in a smoothie though. =]

I really wanted to get a Breville but after watching FullyRawKristina, I'm leaning towards the slow juicers but my goodness, they are just as much as the Vitamix! Convincing my husband to buy a$400 juicer has not been easy!

You use dates from species amarie you should look for a specie Mg'hul they are soft and amazingly sweet

I like to juice carrots with apples and pears together. It tastes amazing, and it's really good for you!
For smoothie, I love: pineapple, lemon, ginger, spinach, coconut water.
I also love: frozen cherries, frozen blueberries, half a beet and coconut milk !
I really want to get a juicer but I am worried that by using one that I am wasting a lot of the nutrients and the bulk of the vegetables/fruit. Do you have any suggestions as to what to do with the leftover pulp?

It's not really sugar free😐 they ingredients already have sugar in them therefore it's not sugar free
Rachel, I'm allergic to nuts (coconuts as well) what can i put in instead of coconut milk? Almond milk doesn't work either, because it's a nut also. 🙁 Should I just put water in it? 🙂
